If you are in a MLM you are building a brand. The method you are using is personal branding. When you are building, please consider you are meeting and talking to people. Everyone you meet is a person. Treat them like you want to be treated and chances are you will do well.


It is not about you


Remember what you are doing isn’t about you. I get a lot of "Say what?" when I share this. To fulfil your dream you have to help others reach their dreams. Helping others is the only way you are going to see success. Take the time to talk to people before inviting them to build their dream based on yours. They say it only takes the right five people. What good is a sponsorship line of 100 if they do nothing? 


What is your goal?


Your goal is to let people who can use what you do, know they can have their dream with your help. This isn’t about your product, you are selling yourself. It is about helping others reach their dream.


Don’t try to sell your productGanoderma mushroom

Tell people how what you do is helping you. Explain the benefits you are seeing. Help them see that as you reach your dream they will be reaching theirs.


Why worry about your product?


There are hundreds of thousands of products, which can give people the same end results. Each with the right training and motivation will have them living their dream. It is about how you personally are going to help people reach their dreams.


What gives me the right to write about this?


I have heard people say, you run a branding company so what gives you the right to teach MLM branding? It is my belief you can’t teach others unless you have been where they are. Before my business was started I was in MLM like most of the people I meet. Any I truly felt an interested in I beat the worldwide average. In most, I have done more. I am also still involved with three MLM based tools businesses. Each member of the Lisech staff is also involved with MLM type companies. There are only two in the same company.

My company exists because of networking. It takes four areas of expertise to do what we as a company do. Without networking, our business wouldn’t be viable. Networking helps build brand advocates. Yes, even personal brands can have advocates. In many cases, information swaps can help both businesses. You see no one knows everything. There is also an option of sharing the workload. We have been working on this in the home services industry. It does work as long as both parties gain.


Personal branding


When building your personal brand you want to gain from the knowledge of as many people as you can. As much as possible you want to build, know, like, and trust with as many people as you can. It doesn’t matter if they are in an unrelated field. All internet companies and many who aren’t full time on the internet use social media.
