Building a brand requires viable solutions to bring buyers to you. Selling doesn’t work, you have to show value before people become buyers. When I was contacted by the people building the Neo Elegance brand; this is the advice they were given.


You want people to become buyers. They are going to want to know "What is in it for me?" Then "How can you personally help them?" Before and after pictures will show them. Testimonials help. If you can't do, before and after pictures make sure to get after pictures.


 


Your logo doesn't pop out and capture attention. There is no defining character to which people can relate. I would choose add and use a body part. Skincare equals body parts or the body whole.

On the main page, you are still missing the point. People aren't going to care about your products until you show them you care about them. They want to feel a personal relationship. Humans want to belong to something bigger than them. A tag line would help. We suggest using one in French. This market is already taking skin care the most serious and is something you want those in England and other countries to emulate.


 

I would use words spelled as they do in England rather than U.S. English. At this point in time those in the U. K. are your target market. It won't stop American buyers. Most likely it will have a positive effect in the countries you want to reach at this point in time. As you say the best time to slow the aging process is before it starts.


 

What shows on the main page in the slider should be people's faces. Before and after would probably have the best effect. Testimonials should also be in the slider.

You always want to be reaching people on a human level. This website doesn't. To stand out from the crowd you have to take a more human approach. You need more than a single page on the website. More content is needed on the first page and every additional page.


 

The idea is to see as much generic (prepaid) traffic as possible. Each optimized page on a website makes more traffic possible. By prepaid I am referring to what you spend to optimize the website for search engines. I hear others refer to this as free traffic. It is not free. In every case, it is paid for in money, time, or both.


 

Every member who is part of this needs a domain email address. Never use info@ support@ or anything other than your first name@ If you understand the paragraphs above you will understand why. A wonderful side effect is you receive less spam email.


 

Each should have a dynamic email signature, which is specific to them. There should be no more information than you see in the email you received from Lisech with the first reply. Simple and elegant is the best approach for your company. It is in reality the best approach to find buyers no matter what you do.

Fonts should match in emails, social media, and the website. Although this is not always possible for content on social media it should remain so for any graphics you use on them. Colors should also match your brand colors.


 

When you are in contact with others avoid any questions, which can be answered with yes or no. I believe you already know this. It should be passed on to the others involved.
