Building a brand; How can I help? Part 2

There are many businesses that ask how can I help? This one will help you with building your brand by standing in for you while you rest. They can also take over the tasks you would rather not do. 

It has long been known happy people live longer

Everyone has some part of their business they are not happy doing. Wouldn’t it be great to be able to have someone do this for you? How about making a phone call and ordering that article you can’t find time to write. 

Not enough time?

Do you find you don’t have enough time to accomplish everything you have to do in a day? You put in 12 hours and feel you have another 12 hours before you are finished. Are there days you would love to call someone and say, can you finish this up for me?

For the most part this is keeping a customer happy or making them happy in the moment. This is generally done in personal contact with a client or customer.  This can be emails, phone conversations and face to face. Some is even being handled in social media.

What sets Tammy apart is understanding things are constantly changing. Client care entails learning the needs of potential customers and new needs of existing customers. It covers finding out about the culture of the business as well as controlling the culture within your business.

When you are outsourcing customer service, think overall customer satisfaction. You want someone who understands the customer and has his or her as well as your best interest at heart. It still costs five times more to find a new customer than to keep an existing customer happy and returning. 


When I sent this for editing, I didn't mention anything about disability. What can I say; we are as able as anyone is.  The fact that we spend most of our time in a wheelchair has nothing to do with our ability to function in business. The only place anyone sees my wheelchair is on my Linkedin profile. This is only because I don't have a better picture.

Tammy’s thoughts

I know what you mean about disability and the ONLY reason I even 'promote' it, is because if I can obtain a new client do to our efforts to provide jobs for disabled professionals, then I do not mind saying I have a disability.  

Tell don’t sell

I am not shy about it and I do not mind telling others we hire disabled, I do not feel I am doing anything wrong in doing this.  I am not begging for money, only to give a very small portion back to an organization. Our clients get what they pay for and more!  

Superior service

Clients receive superior services AND by using our services, it provides employment for disabled professionals (many of which have at least 2 yrs of college, some with degrees and even master level degrees - so they truly get high quality services for the money).  I know you do not mind talking about it either.  

Building a brand 

Tammy is building her brand by delivering quality services. She is also creating jobs for highly qualified people. What she truly wants to know is; How can I help you with your business?
