Building a MLM brand; learning

Building a MLM brand; learning

Learning is important as you are building a MLM brand. Your sponsor is supposed to be your teacher. There are many times your sponsor has not been in the program long enough to teach or they are just looking for numbers.

What should you be learning?

You need to be learning how to sponsor. There are many
companies teaching their way. That means is has worked for some people howevermay not work for you.

What does work?

Being social, being where people are. This can be meetings
you attend, your local bar, picking up the telephone, and using social media on the internet.

Who are you looking for?

You are looking for people who have dreams bigger than they
are. Those cannot fund them in their current circumstances. They need to be people who are willing to work towards their dreams.

This is what every good MLM marketer offers. Many need a
short term and a long-term solution. Are you going to be able to give them both?

Are you going to take the time to train those you recruit?
If you or someone does not they are going to flounder for a few months then most likely quit. When or if they do they not only lose, you do too.

Do you have time for total training?

If you are an average marketer, you will have plenty of time. The number an average marketer brings in is 2.8 people.

What are the two most important things you need to learn?

The most important is sponsoring. If the worldwide average
is 2.8 you have to do something to set yourself apart. The second is learning how to leverage.

Time and money are the two assets you are concerned with
here. For every MLM marketer the idea is to spend between 5 and 7 years working smart so you can choose what time you wish to spend working from that point on. Most will retire. Then only checking to see what they have earned in residual income. The more you are able to leverage the faster this is going to happen.

Spending and reinvestment

Some spending for other than reinvestment is going to be
necessary. At some point, you want to be paying for small things, which are part of your “Why.” This in a sense is paying you first. Be careful how you reinvest. What you are looking for; proven ways to enhance your earnings.

Call to action

A call to action is an important part of everything you do.
As you are building your MLM brand, you will be learning this is true.
