Building a brand; branding tips “K”

As you are building a brand you will find “K” has a role to play also. Most companies don’t have the knowledge necessary. This is where branding tips “K” will give the most benefit. 


Without keywords which lead your audience to your work; your social media and website will be a ghost town. Learn to use the tools which are available, (Google AdWords) add more like (market Samurai) which cost, when you can afford them. The two examples are used often and the most respected we are aware of. Use your mind also, in the end it is the best tool available.


The key to finding the best keywords for your company is research. Use a keyword tool to find what people are searching. If you are in a high competition field search those you are competing against. Find out what other words they are using and beat them for a keyword cluster or long-tail keywords. The more targeted your audience is the more chance you will find the buyers you are looking for.


When you start a company without you there would be no keystone. Your business ethics need to be what people are seeing when they interact with your business. Don’t let others define you; make sure you have done a good job of defining yourself. If you have staff or outsource make sure the people who are working with you know your ethics also.


Why is this here? It is because of the lessons which can be learned from the founder. Stacy Zoern the Founder and CEO of Community Cars has learned to use every advantage to move her company forward. Innovative thinking, using what is available, finding the right people to help, getting the US president’s ear if only for a moment, and the press love her, have all made her company what it is today.

Klein, Julie

Her claim to fame is personal branding. She competes with many people with the same name. It didn’t take her long to figure out she had to stand out. Her choice of colors was right for her in that they pull forth the emotion she wants her potential customers to feel.


You will find that no matter how much you know there will always be more to learn. When you first start out you will find what you know matters less than who you know. If you are in a business which has sponsors it is their job to help you until you learn to help yourself.


If you are not in a business which has a sponsor who you know will make the most difference. Personal relationships are going to be necessary. Who you know and who you meet along the way can very well make a difference in how your brand does.
