Building a brand; branding tips "R"

Branding tips “R"

Branding tips can help anyone building a brand. The letter “R” in ways contains the most important. Everything your company does in some way is dependent on what you will learn from the letter “R.”

What and who can help you build your business? How is your
time going to be used? These are important because without help from something
or someone your business won’t get far. You should have a basic plan in place
before you start your business where resources are listed. Once they are on the
list don’t forget to use them. The people you are asking for help not using.

Now why would roots be important for a company or person in
business? Each person is the sum of what they have learned. Who does the
teaching? One thing hasn’t changed. It takes a community to raise a child.
Everyone who takes time to teach us anything will always be part of our roots.

This is something you can’t buy. It has to be earned and
maintained. This means you have to run your business using good business
ethics. In reality your personal ethics should be the foundation of your
business plan.

This really goes with respect. You want to earn peoples
respect. When you do you will have built a reputation which will make people
happy to work with you.

When you make someone a promise; make sure to live up to it.
If you begin to think you will forget something; write it down. Put it some
place it will not be lost. If people find you unreliable they won’t continue to
do business with you.

Ron “simplified” Myers

To us Ron exemplifies the points above and below. He has not
only earned our respect, he has shown respect. In everything he does his family
is part of him. His reputation is that of helping others even when it may not
help him. The resources he has have been used effectively.

When you are building business relationships all the “R” points need to be taken into consideration. If you don’t see this being returned by the other person in the relationship after knowing them a while you need to reconsider the value of the relationship. As Ron says "spend time thinking about what life would be like without this person in it." What you find might surprise you.
