Building your brand; marketing ideas

As you are building your brand part of your thoughts should be on how you are going to market it. Once you know who your target market is you need to find the best way to reach them. How are you going to accomplish this? First and foremost provide value What value does what you are promoting have to those you are trying to reach? People who search both using search engines and social media are looking for information. They want answers to the questions they have. Are you providing them or are you going to provide them? First choice Social media works well for finding people, if you know what your keywords are and are able to create a page name for those who allow it from your keywords. A group with the right keywords can be a great help too. Make sure not to overreach. There are only so many hours in a day and you want to use them as wisely as possible. Have a place to lead fans and followers For those in a MLM The first place you want to lead fans and followers is into personal conversation. People buy from people after they learn “What is in it for me?” Before you can get to that point you have to find out what their needs are. You can’t do this without talking to them. For affiliate marketers You want to make a group of people feel like you are talking to them personally. This is harder than one on one conversation. It is a learned behavior which does take time. Until you get to that point practice with real one on one. As time progresses you will learn what works and what doesn't. More than one link? If you are like most internet marketers you have more than one product you are trying to get others to buy. This is when you need to start considering a website. You have to understand a website is to be used as your base of operations. You want as many people visiting it as possible as quickly as possible. Blogs Any website you build should have a blog. It should provide information of value to your target audience. This can either be a written blog or a video blog. Video blogs are the more accepted method at the moment and will remain so for the foreseeable future. Video blogs if you use them When people watch videos they are looking for real. Be who you are just like we have been telling people to do in articles. What you also have to take into consideration is the stage. Ok what the heck is he talking about? Focus You want the person watching the video to focus on you. Many believe a white background forces this issue. It does not. People watch videos just like they look at websites. They are going to go across the top then down the right unless you put something in the top right hand corner to bring their focus to the subject which should be you. Attention People won’t watch a whole video unless you capture and hold their attention. Most who are in internet marketing either feel they don’t have time or won’t take it unless you have them riveted to their seat with something they find of value. Use short videos to lead to longer ones. Have the longer ones on your video blog. About the author He worked in stagecraft as a teenager and has used this knowledge in photography and short videos. Before the internet existed his amateur photographs were sent to a large portion of the world. The videos he created were for more private audiences. We hope you enjoyed our marketing ideas.
