Building your brand; happiness in business

The reason you are building your brand has to do with a why. After your business gets going it is important to remember why you started the business. As much as people would like to believe it is all an uphill battle, it is not. Success is due to happiness What? He is at it again. This has actually been researched and proven true. Some of the research was done at the University of Riverside, in southern California. The results; successful people see success because they are already happy. Their moods show this; and it helps attract others. Most people think this is the other way around. Happy people do make the best business people. Find something you love in your business and as you earn enough start sub-contracting the parts you don’t enjoy. Passion based business will always be best because people enjoy doing what they are passionate about. You don’t become happy when you are earning large paychecks. This is something that takes a mindset which should be in place before you ever start a business. If you find you have done it backwards it is not too late. Work on being happy just like you do your business. How many people remember their why, and how? There are many reasons people start internet businesses. What those who succeed do is remind themselves daily. This way minor failures and the stress of each day can be neutralized simply by sitting back and looking at the reason they started the business. Some use collages set behind or somewhere close enough they can glance or look at it whenever they choose. Some keep theirs online or on their computers. The trick is to learn to use it to reduce stress when you need it. Happiness doesn't depend on it, yet the reason you started your business should remind you of the happy thoughts you had while creating it. Success and minor failures There are no major failures. Mistakes are chances to learn new more effective ways to accomplish your goal. Success comes when mistakes are learned from. This is depending on your investment in your online business. Don’t invest more than you can afford to lose. Boss verses bosses When you work for someone most people have one boss. When you work online you customers are your bosses. You have to satisfy them just like you would a boss in an office. In some cases you find you are dealing with 10 or more people at the same time. If you make the mistake of not placing limits and using good time management you can actually end up more stressed than working a J.O.B. Customers who cause stress When you find too many of your customers causing stress it is time to find out their why. They have one also and most likely it is not the same as yours. Once you can understand this more often than not it will reduce stress on both sides. In many cases also it helps both come up with an equitable solution. Attraction verses selling One of the biggest ways to reduce stress is use attraction marketing instead of trying to sell. When you use attraction marketing the big difference is all you have to worry about is the close.
