Building brands; our journey branding others

The eBook is coming along slowly. Problem letters are X, Y, Z. We actually have everything for Z. The information is on with what we had for another letter and can't be located. This taught us an important lesson. Write things down with pen on paper. We keep a daily written log just didn't consider putting the branding alphabet information on it. It is taken care of now. We now have a separate notebook where the information is kept. The eBook is important as we have no doubt it will go viral bringing attention not only to our business, also to the members of IBO we have shared and those who have left valuable comments on our Press releases. We understand what you are saying about relationship building. Time management has become an issue also. Featured member of the day this time didn't bring the numbers of visitors it did at any other time. What it did bring is a large number of comments. Social cause This is taking more time than anticipated. As the only adult male I am the role model. This means giving each child time. The babies (four and under)are simple. They get lap time while I am working. They love videos and watching a few of them is good business practice. The older children have reading time and play time one on one. It takes time with the other adults also. In the past planning was done by my partner in the cause. Now decisions are made in group meetings. This is hard sometimes because people are always coming and going. Our style If you know anything about our style, comments get replies. We go to everyone we can remember who made a comment, then write them a comment and share (mostly on Google +). This requires even more writing. In our case replies never look like this. "Great post; sharing for you." Every one requires thought with keywords used as much as possible. Me personally I am personally also generally training four people at a time. At the moment we are also building a website for another. This is the hardest one to date. It is still in the planning stages because the soon to be owner wants to cover way too many programs. Whatever happened to "Do one thing, make it better than anyone else and people will come knocking on your door?" This is one lesson we have been learning. We know marketing and branding. To us they are one. Our IBO press releases are ranking, as well as the website blogs. We actually have more trash replies on the website blog than genuine ones. What I am concentrating on On IBO I concentrate more on personal branding. IBO readers for the most part are personal branding so targeting this area makes more sense. Part of the business is consulting so I earn from personal branding. More is in trade than we are gaining in this area in cash. One thing I am concentrating on is Linked in. As more people become aware of what we as a company are capable of we are receiving more recommendations. The maximum number of areas a person can have recommendations in is 50. Lately it has been a matter of choosing which to have in the 50. I made the mistake of thinking there were only 22 areas of expertise required for building brands. So far people have made me aware there are at least 60. It has been a matter of pick and choose which ones I want recommended for. Alexa is coming along slowly. The numbers rise and fall they are not a concern at the moment. What have the most value are comments and ratings there. At the moment we have one social media account. It is in a sub niche. This is a shared responsibility with the owner. Between the two we manage to keep the numbers respectable. It was to be ours alone, however the owner found it was simpler to share straight to his media once he learned what needed shared.
