Water is our friend

There are hundreds upon thousands of written material on the importance of water for the human body.

Like this one from AOL LIFESTYLEWater is the "forgotten nutrient". Many underestimate its critical importance and the need to stay hydrated.

TWC believes promoting “water for health, for healing, for life is an invaluable public health message.

How to increase body water percentage is a hit online too.

This is from IVYhealth “there are times when your body water percentage is too high because you’re retaining water. You feel bloated, swollen, and your clothes feel too tight and uncomfortable. There are five important techniques that you can use to improve your body water percentage:

  • Drink water – drinking more water encourages your body to release the excess fluid
  • Use herbs – cranberry and lemon juice, dandelion root all help to eliminate water retention
  • Exercise regularly
  • Lower your sugar and salt intake
  • Eat the right foods – foods that are high in protein, amino acids, and potassium all help to naturally reduce water retention

John Kespert wrote a comment in a post of mine he said “water is good, but water alone won’t give us all the nutrients we need. And few people take the time to shop for and then consume all the right foods to get those nutrients. What you offer is a way to get the hydration and the nutrients in a tasty easy way that anyone can benefit from.

For me personally, I happen to be one of those million people who have trouble drinking water on a daily bases, luckily I found something that has helped me drink more water. I love the taste and I see how my health is better.

It's better first off because I drink more water it is also better for the products gives my body more.

I now hydrate with purpose.
