"Trust God from the bottom of your heart; don’t try to figure out everything on your own. Listen for God’s voice in everything you do, everywhere you go; and He will smooth out and straighten the road that lies ahead." ~ Proverbs 3:5-6

In any relationship, trust is one of the most valuable conditions that keep families, friends, teams as well as business partners, together.  As a matter of fact, it's essential to keep trust over and above everything that one does…

Since trust is based on integrity, it is the bond that holds relationships together; therefore, one should always show that he or she is trustworthy as well as trusting…

"Leadership requires five ingredients: brains, energy, determination, trust and ethics. The key challenges today, are in terms of the last two ~ trust and ethics." ~ Fred Hilmer

In order for one to have successful relationships, as well as businesses, morality is another requirement, that he or she should implement, in in his or her daily operations…

"The leaders who work most effectively, it seems to me, never say 'I.' And that's not because they have trained themselves not to say 'I.' They don't think 'I.' They think 'we'; they think 'team.'  They understand their job to be to make the team function.  They accept responsibility and don't sidestep it, but 'we' gets the credit... This is what creates trust, what enables you to get the task done." ~ Peter Drucker
