Elbert Hubbard says "enthusiasm is like having two right hands" or two left hands for that matter. It doesn't matter how good your product or company is if you don't come across like it's better than......(I'll let you fill in the blank that way whatever comes to your mind will get the point across just that much better).
Sir William Osler stated "The very first step in any occupation to be successful is to become interested in it. Have you ever been pitched by someone whose presentation was as dry as gun powder and twice as dangerous? Really we should be fired up about what we have decided upon for ourselves.
That being said, put your heart and thought into action. Learn what you like most about what you have to offer and translate to the hearer enthusiastically.
Let's conclude with a quote from H Addington Bruce. "The man or woman of enthusiastic trend always excercises a magnetic influence over those whom he or she comes in contact with".
