Does your day consist of marketing your business opportunity only? Of course not, you are the focal point of everyone that has you on their radar. You get pitched, you see emails, and receive phone calls.
If you surf traffic exchanges and send safe list ads then you are seeing pitches there as well. Are these proposals becoming an annoyance? If so you should revisit why you are in your particular business opportunity. If you just have an opinion or an attitude, which is slightly stronger than an opinion, then you could be annoyed. We all must move into the belief mindset where we are totally plugged in.
If one has a belief about something they will work wholeheartedly to accomplish their goal. Hence don't think of these approaches as encroaches, instead view them as viable opportunities that could be your diamond in the rough. One word of caution. Don't let it become a parking space that will deter you from your primary. If you are in a good company, give it at least a year to see if it will produce fruit.
