You are most likely extremely excited about the new opportunity you have joined. Otherwise you most likely would not have joined it. Your opinion is this is a good opportunity based on the company, product, and yourself.
Now what? What do I do with all of this enthusiasm and zeal? First you must change your view point and your perspective. Your daily habits will need to change. How much do you know about the opportunity? Is there a web site or audio or video training that you can dive into? Will you jump on the company conference calls? Before answering these questions in the affirmative you only have an opinion. You must move beyond that to an attitude. Which is stronger than an opinion.
When you are fully vested in what you are doing you will move toward belief and that's where you want to be. That way when the pendulum of emotions swings back and forth you will stay the course.
