What do you do when your members quit? If it's time to throw in the towel that's different. But when there is no real reason to quit other than someone giving up what can you do.
Quitting is a natural part of this industry because many will come in and not like what they see. That's a good thing, let them go.
The reason why you want to pick a company with a great product is because even when some people quit they will still buy the product.
Now lets consider some reasons people quit. The most common thing is when many first come in they think of all the reasons why they can't do this. Self doubt and fear seep in. You can help offset this by not over hyping your business. If you show Mount Everest as the prize it looks good but man that's a steep hill to climb.
Are you telling your prospects this is going to be easy and everyone can do it? What do you think will happen when they find out just the opposite. Promises of building down lines, lets be real, signups falling for this promise is where the growth comes from and it drys up pretty quick.
What is your sponsor teaching you? Tactics that don't work, thus people quitting. Please tell your prospects the truth. Train them to be successful and build their belief. Help them to realize their dreams by presenting reality.
