Inertia is objects moving through space with the same movement until it is bumped onto another course. Most people are like this as you approach them with a new idea or opportunity. Just sharing your company with them is not going to get their attention, you have to bump them off course. But how? Directing to a website or brochure won't get it done. The presentation along with the site is what will get the job done.
Knowing how important the presentation is, should we not practice it until it sounds presentable? No matter how dynamic the website is it alone will not create massive signups. We have to reach out and touch someone. Oooooh I just lost half my audience. You have more power than you will ever have the guts to use. Have you ever heard that? Fear is the enemy within that holds others back. If you conquer the enemy within the enemy outside will do us no harm.
Okay, back to your presentation. As you communicate to your prospect step by step instructions on what to do with your site they are processing in their mind what kind of coach, mentor, and sponsor you will be. Set up a time to follow up after the prospect has seen the site.
