Whether you are happy in your full time job or your self employed wealth producer you still need to develop self control and discipline in your finances. The same principle holds true whether you've got it or you don't. You can't spend more than you make. The majority of those with a job spend more than $4500 a year more than they make because taxes and inflation eats up 60% of their income.
Those who are successful business owners after years of struggling many end up back where they started because of lack of discipline. The holy writings says "Money is for a protection the same as wisdom is for a protection". Wisdom should precede money in your way of life as it will guide you in ways to make your money, where it lies in the area of importance, and how to best use it.
Start by paying off all debt you have accumalated, if not you will find that money takes on wings and away it flies. Put some away for emergencies and at least 4 months of living expenses before you start to splurge. Then only do that a little at a time. That's discipline and self comntrol.
