When you were growing up there was someone or perhaps a community of people who contributed to your learning experience. Think back and recall the one person who influenced you the most. Now ask yourself where would you be if that advice had never stopped but continued to add to your development.
Network marketing is a fantastic arena for creating wealth whether it's spiritual, emotional, physical, or monetary. In order to benefit from it we must continue to feed these areas daily. "When you are green you grow, when you are ripe you rot."
Look at some of the most successful marketers and they have one thing in common, a mentor.
Jim Rohn had Earl Shoaff, Todd Falcone had Bill Gould, Tony Robbins worked for Jim Rohn, Bob Crisp had Dexter Yeager and the list goes on and on. Speaking of Bob Crisp this was one of his profound statements about mentors.
"Find a mentor, plug into their systems and programs, don't even think about trying to learn
from anyone else until your earning at least $50,000 a month. If you try to duplicate
more than one system you ultimately end up with nothing but confusion."
Jim Burke a Shaklee Master Coordinator was successful and developed a group of
followers, Jim was a developer of people. He understood
that network marketing is a “Leadership Development” business.
Find yourself a mentor then develop those who follow you, it will make for a rewarding experience in network marketing.
