When we as leaders focus on building people who build the business we are in effect network marketing at it's finest. We really have a big job ahead of us yet a very rewarding one. It's not looking at the finances so much it's investing time and energy in helping others which will ultimately lead to financial success.
There are six stages our prospects can find themselves in. Lack, desperation, mediocrity, comfortable, growth, and success. Most of our good prospects will be in the mediocrity stage. Lack and desperation, forget about it. These individuals need a job because it takes time at least ninety days to get your business moving. Those who live in mediocrity too long end up desperate when they lose a job. The growth stage is where we want to get and stay there. Why? Because when you're ripe you rot. We must continue to grow or become stale.
Growing means taking responsibility and avoiding the search into the lazy man's success. Don't forget network contains the word WORK. Get in the right company that allows you to grow and develop your skills along with the ability to sustain it over a period of years.
