Capture Leads Instead of Sales

As a marketer, selling products is probably your main action plan for you to attain the goal of generating passive income. And so what you do is create a Sales Page, publish Ad Campaigns in hopes of convincing people who visit your page to buy once they get there. In order for visitors to end up buying your product, you might be prompted to do hard selling. This become a very challenging endeavor.

While you may think that this method is effective, however it is far much better when you aim at capturing leads first rather than going straight for the kill.

Imagine yourself meeting someone for the first time and asking his or her contact number without any formal greeting or even an introduction at all. Also, picture out yourself approaching somebody and offering her directly to buy a jewelry worth $600. Would a person likely respond positively toward this kind of marketing strategy? Definitely not.

Truth is majority don't easily give in to such offers unless they have come to know the background of the person selling and the details of the product. So when visitors drop by your page, do not try to sell to them right away or else they will just ignore the value of your offer.

Surely you can turn things around. What you need to do is work on rapport which eventually leads to building trust. You start by interacting with these people, providing them an article or letting them know that they can sign up to your mailing list for free information. It also helps if you share additional details using your facebook.

With this kind of approach, you are creating an atmosphere where people feel they are not taken advantage of, which then influences them to most likely buy from you.
