The Time Of Day You Post Can Make a Difference

Once A Day Is Not Enough

Twitter is one of the most popular social media sites used for marketing. A high percentage of business networkers are using this site to promote their businesses.

Make your blog posts travel further by using some social media strategies. When you write a blog post you're goal is probably to get that post read by as many people as possible and have it spread across as many social media sites as you can!

Tweeting it out once will only get it in front of your stream of twitter followers who are scanning their twitter news feed at the exact time that you send it out! Many will not see your post simply because they are not checking their feed at this time. It's easy to miss key people!

You want to post during the time of day when you think most of your networking community or follower's will be online. This is where you have to get to know your audience. It may take a little work, watching when many of your follower's are on-line and seeing when they're sending tweets. Remember there are 'time differences' all over the world that will influence when people are on-line too! Getting  to know your audience is key!

It's okay to do a follow-up tweet but you don't want to be spammy as this can lead to people un-following you and that's not the goal here! A follow-up post can simply say, hey' in case you missed it, here's the lastest..... ! With so much information flowing through the twitter-sphere ( I think I made that word up, not sure) I think it's okay to circle back and reach out to your audience with a another post.

Check your notifications and analytics to see which of your posts are getting the most attention, which one's are getting re-tweeted and shared out! This will let you know what information you're sharing that is having the greatest connection with your followers. Good protocol, always follow back people who re-tweet your posts!

Just some food for thought... we all value are time and want our posts to be seen by as many eyes as possible!

Thank you to all of those who share my posts, much appreciated!
