The Death of an Affiliate Marketer

Published on 3/24/2017

We talk about failure in the affiliate business everyday. We try to build ourselves up so we can make it through one more day. We wake up in the morning, take a deep breath, and jump into the same confusion that we had yesterday continuing on to the deep well that we have dug for ourselves. Fear sits in the bottom of this well. We are afraid to look in because of the little girl from the Ring might be crawling out and the fear sets in again. We take another deep breath, look at our bank account thinking, "What am I doing here in this nightmare of an internet." But just as you are ready to die in your tracks a friend on the internet sends you a message. He writes a comment on one of your posts. For some reason he knows how you feel. The way he leaves his comment it's as if he were standing not a foot away from me telling you "I feel your pain and I am here for you". At that moment you are sitting on a razors edge. Not with fear but with total emptiness util those words came through the page. "I feel your pain..." He could have said nothing and you may have traveled down wash out lane. But instead you have more to live for, than to die. Like a friend told me one day we are running a marathon and when you are out of breath and in despair take one more step, than another and you will reach the finish line.

So you people who are on the high side of life and everything is going great for you, pay attention to the ones that might be struggling with trying to build their business. Look for the ones who yesterday were on the top of the world and yet today for some reason the bottom fell out. Don't ask if they want help. Just offer your hand as they climb that cliff because tomorrow it might be you.
