We hear it every day and every where we go, "The economy is bad". Most are asking, "why is the economy bad." Then they proceed to point the finger at the government, their boss, the industry they are and the fact that it has changed, etc.
I have always put the blame of my economy on the "man in the mirror". I understand that I am where I am in life (in all areas) because of the decisions that I had made. By the way, if you don't make a decision, you have made a decision.
What am I getting to?
I heard someone say that we are all presented with ideas that could change our life. The problem is we do nothing about it. We wait for someone else to address the concern and then we can join them.
Have you ever been in a situation where you said, "I wish I had something that could....?" or you search the internet to see if someone has created something that fits an issue you having right now. I always share the example of the ketchup bottle. Those in my age group and older were used to pounding the bottom of the ketchup bottle to get the ketchup to start flowing. Someone else had the same issue. Guess what they did? They turned the bottle upside down.
So in the future when things occur that are creating more work than they should or you create your home made devise for something, realize you were just presented an idea. What you do with it will determine if your economy continues to be bad. If you are having the issue, others are having it also. Figure out a way to address it and quit waiting for someone else to invent it.
Once you get your invention moving, you will have to hire people. Guess what? You have just stimulated growth in the economy. So let's stimulate the world, so we no longer ask, "why is the economy bad".
By the way, everything in existence started with an idea.
It ain't right. It ain't wrong. It's just my opinion.
