 | | Hey, there is my friend Annemarie. How are you? Thanks for the feedback. That word "Yikes" definitely describes the way some people think and carry themselves :) |
| |
 | | Thanks Steve for your words of wisdom also. For some people, I tell them to just treat me good, because the way they treat themselves, I don't want them to treat me that way - lol |
| |
 | | What a great blog with a hard-hitting reality. Neuroscientists say our brain is 3 pounds..1 pound before birth, 1 pound up to age of 5, 1 pound up to 15 years of age....more or less. Definitely need to stop thinking like a 5 year old or worse yet...like a 15 year old! Yikes! |
| |
 | | Very good point Ron, as is said "when I was a child I did as a child.......then I put away childish things. Many times it takes standing back and assessing your emotions and or actions, are we living by the golden rule....Do unto others as we would have done unto ourselves? the world would be a much better place!! Thanks for your words of wisdom1

 | | I appreciate you stopping by and giving feedback Levina. I agree with you that we all need to be responsible. I believe if we get that step down "responsible", our purpose will take care of itself. |
| |
 | | That is funny Kim. In most cases, that is exactly what it is - "an adult day care center". The unfortunate part is most don't even recognize it. They are carrying their baby bottles, pacifiers and sucking their thumbs, but don't see what is wrong :) Thanks for sharing my friend |
| |
 | | One of a kind message in here Ron. You're definitely true. We all live with purpose and we all need to be very responsible with every step that we make. Thanks Ron! |
| |
 | | This is but one more reason I am excited to work from home because I get to pick my work buddies! I hear stories all the time about how the work place is more like an adult day care center..... no thanks! Go Independent Business Owners - we love our freedom! |
| |
 | | Thanks Sue. I appreciate you stopping by and giving your time and energy to my blog. Continued success and prosperity for you also. What's up my man Steven? That is hilarious. We know most start there - lol Unfortunately most keep it and carry those thoughts throughout their life. We know with your help, he will get it and start to take responsibility. Appreciate you stopping by |
| |
 | | My five year old isn't sure if he likes this post! He want to blame others for his faults because he thinks he is perfect and the world revolves around him. LOL Great article |
| |
 | | Hello Ron - I like your perspective of the adult responsibility issue that I agree is all too often a contributing factor in why some people's lives do not seem to move forward. You've shed a different light on this subject and it's a good one! To your continued success and prosperity. Go IBO spirit! |
| |
 | | Thanks Andrew. That "Man in the Mirror" is a serious issue :) Most need to visit him or her more. I appreciate it my friend |
| |
 | | That is funny Patrick. At least you have moved the marker - lol Thanks for sharing my friend |
| |
 | | 2 thumbs up Ron. I'd rather let my socks make my decisions. At least they're 7 years old! |
| |
 | | Thanks funny Jaymie. How are you Sir? I appreciate your visit and input. |
| |
 | | Another great Blog Ron. Always a great read, well my 5 year old will probably stay in control for awhile but I will try and stop him when i can. |
| |
 | | What's up Marian? Unfortunately a lot of older people haven't learned the distinction. Thanks to you also my man Dave for taking the time to visit and share. |
| |
 | | Hey, there is my friend Carolyn :) You know I enjoy seeing your smiling face and receiving your feedback. |
| |
 | | Hey Ron nice blog, great points. I agree with you. Sharing. |
| |
 | | I like that saying Angela. Thanks for taking the time to share and the energy in leaving a comment. It is appreciated
| |
 | | Very well written and great information for us to contemplate on. Sometimes we need to understand why some people's actions and attitudes are. Thanks for sharing |
| |
 | | You make a very important distinction between being childlike and childish. |
| |
 | | Hahahaha that is scarey but true Ron. There is also a saying you can bend a tree when it is young mot when it is old so when children are young they need to be developed and trained properly, else their habits might stick with them for life. Good luck ;) |
| |
 | | That's funny Anne, but we both know it is true. |
| |
 | | Good food for thought.. thanks for sharing... it's time to grow up! |
| |
 | | Thanks for stopping by and sharing my friend Don. It is always a pleasure to hear from you. |
| |
 | | Great article Ron, and I agree with your assessment of the Biblical parable about being like a child, the qualities you mentioned plus the curiosity and creative qualities of a child are what we should retain. TB&L my friend |
| |
 | | Thanks for stopping by and sharing Kenneth. By the way, I have tried to congratulate you on being featured member of the day, but the system is not allowing me to. So I will say it here, "Congrats my man on being featured member of the day". |
