I have had this conversation with many people where I am informed that the reason people are upset is because of others. In other words, "It's Your Fault I am Angry".
I try not to laugh when I hear it, but look at that statement: It is "YOUR" fault, that "I AM ANGRY".
Can't you see where this is a true example of blaming others instead of taking responsibility.
Well Ron, "You don't understand what they did or said!!!"
It doesn't matter. I am not saying that you will not have "anger" emotions. We are humans and have an assortment of emotions. What I am pointing out is, you don't allow your emotions to control you.
There are a lot of people in jail today that could use this argument and we would need to set them free. They would all say, "It's not my fault. It was those emotions that I can not control".
Everything we do in life is based on an emotion. Even when we do things we say we don't want to do.
I am just pointing out that if a certain emotion is creating negativity in your life, you must take responsibility first. Then and only then can you address it.
Think about it. In order to start the curing process of drug and alcohol issues, you must first recognize... YOU got the issue. Then you can move from there.
It ain't right. It ain't wrong. It's just my opinion.

 | | Thank you Lanie for your powerful input. People must recognize (become aware) that the anger belongs to them. Quit blaming others. I appreciate your well thought out response |
| | | | | Great point Ron. Seems a victim mentality is pervasive in society and taking responsibility for oneself is the only road toward solution. Awareness is the first step, followed by acceptance. Life actually becomes a lot easier, less stressful. It's a feeling of power, healthy power.
Thanks for a really important blog. |
| | | | | I appreciate the heartfelt comments Velma. Back at you - Happy Mothers Day to all the Mothers in your life and a special one for you if you are a MOM. Thanks again my friend |
| | | | | Great article, thanks for sharing RON; that’s right, we must take responsibility for our own actions, forgive others and learn to accept everything the way it is ~ blessings and much prosperity on your journey to Financial Freedom! HAPPY MOTHERS DAY to ALL the Mothers in your life! Grateful Velma |
| | | | | Hey Otilia. Yes we must become aware of our emotional because it drives us to do right and to do wrong. Thanks for your time and energy |
| | | | | What's up Michael? I am in total agreement with you. Isn't it amazing to see people do that. Blame you because they have a temper - lol |
| | | | | Thanks for sharing this blog. It is very important to become aware of the emotional intelligence in our personal development. |
| | | | | Ron, great sorry, really enjoyed. People get angry because they lose control and
blame others for them losing control. |
| | | | | I agree with you Ron. We have to take the 1st step and that is responsibility. |
| | | | | What's up my man Daniel? Thanks for your input |
| | | | | We get angry at others because we allow ourselves to get angry. If we don't allow it to happen, it won't happen. Easier said than done, I know, but it is what it is. Much success Ron! |
| | | | | If we do not control our emotions, we will never find true peace and happiness. Thanks for the thoughts. |
| | | | | Thanks Ally for your words. It is amazing how many people will argue that it is not their fault. |
| | | | | More wise words Ron and I agree 100% with them. We can all control our anger. |
