 | | Thanks Anna. I learned along time ago that in retail when a customer "instantly" says "I am just looking", you as the retail employee created that response. People mentally think you are on commissions and believe you will sell them anything so you can get paid. Right or wrong, the un-professional salespeople has destroyed the image of the industry for the professionals. I heard it said, that only 5% of salespeople are actually "professionals". |

 | | Thanks Dennis for the input. I laughed when I saw your comment about the word "sell". It was funny to me because Tom Hopkins teaches that "sell" is what he calls a nasty word. Along with "signature". The negative emotion that is tied to those words when you are talking with someone you want to get involved in your programs. There are many others, but it bought back flashbacks. |

 | | All business is to fill the needs of others. "Provide others with what they want and you will receive what you want". What you want is as important to you as what others want is important to them. Forget the term "sell" and provide others with something which will fill a real need for them. |
