Why is a video about beauty being placed on a health site?
The media has programmed people on what beauty is, so now they are linked together.
If you are not a certain size than you are not attractive. A person that believes they are not attractive will start to do things that will jeopardize their health. For some it creates eating disorders and starvation.
Most important it attacks self image. A lack of a strong self image will create negative emotional issues. Negative emotional issues will destroy your health (no matter what you eat). For some it pushes them to suicide.
We want the message to be that you do what it takes to become and stay healthy. You are already beautiful (regardless of your size) and what others tell you beauty is.
Learn to love you as you are. For those that don't like it, just understand it is an issue they have within themselves. It is not your job to make them happy with your appearance. The only person that needs to enjoy your appearance is you. A positive outlook about yourself will attract the right people into your life.
Your only responsibility is to take care of your health.
