Why People Are Not Producing - Part 2 of 5 why people are not producing part 2, part 2 why people are not producing, reason people are not produc

A second reason that many are not producing is because they do not agree with the training you have set up.
We have all heard the 80/20 rules. It says that 80% of your business will be done by 20% of your people. The question that many ask is “why”.
Well the rules were designed by the 20%’ers. They set the rules, the guidelines, marketing and the training. This is great for the “20%’ers”.
The challenge is, the 80% will not do what the 20%’ers will do. It is not that they are lazy, stupid, losers or whatever other words that people use. They feel very uncomfortable doing what the 20% are asking.
Now I know I am hearing some say, “well they need to get out of their comfort zone”, that is what it takes to win.
Well maybe I am naïve. First, what is the definition of winning? Doing what “YOU” believe I should?
Winning is doing what makes me happy (not you). If what you are asking me to do is uncomfortable then I shouldn’t do it. Some where along the line people are taught that pain = success. That is a crazy thought process.
PAIN = PAIN Success is what you decide it is.
We are here on this earth to enjoy the journey. Not to suffer. Unfortunately we are allowing others to program us into what they believe being successful is. Then they want to make you feel guilty if you don’t achieve the goals that they set for you. I just watched a movie today with my wife – “Good Deeds” (Tyler Perry). That movie illustrated what I am talking about. He was living the perfect live (according to others), yet, he was not happy.
I remember reading a book a while back about a guy in the same situation. He had everything (according to society). Yet he was unhappy and tried to drown himself. Someone saved him and asked him “why”? He said, “Being alive and not knowing why I am here is something I can’t handle. I would rather be dead then to not know “my purpose”.
Ron’s recommendation: Figure out training that is comfortable for the 80%. If you don’t want to put in the time to figure it out, that’s cool. Just DON’T RECRUIT THEM.
If you are one of the 80%, find a mentor that is willing to spend time in helping you break through your barriers.
It ain’t right. It ain’t wrong. Its just my opinion Ron “Simplified” Myers Part 2 of 5
