Healthy Chocolate for the Holidays

First of all, is there such a thing as "Healthy" chocolate?

There have been several studies and sciientific journal reports attesting to the health benefits of eating "dark" chocolate.

Mauro Serafini, PhD of Italy's National Institute for Food and Nutrition Research in Rome, along with his colleagues, reported that the antioxidants found in dark chocolate attacks the free radicals that are implicated in heart disease and other ailments.

Dirk Taubert, MD, PhD. and his colleagues at the University of Cologne, Germany, reported in the August 27 issue of the Journal of the American Medical Association, that eating dark chocolate can help lower blood pressure.

Dark Chocolate for the sheer pleasure and satisfaction

I write this Press Release not to advocate eating dark chocolate to address high blood pressure, but for those who love dark chocolate and was concerned about the negative impact on their health.

I invite all to sample this delicious dark chocolate for yourself and give it as a gift during the holidays.
