Thanks For The Memories

Thanks for the Memories...Some still remember the seventies and the eighties. The Atari, Dial Telephones, Maytag Washing about 8 track cassettes?

But more than technology some remember "good times" and I'm not referring to the TV episodes, but the memories of taking time to live a little. Time to sit and relax with family and friends. Time to listen to radio or watch TV with family and friends during the week. Time to dream...

I raise this topic because we are today inundated with disturbing news and infocommercials. I'm afraid it is possible to be so influenced by television, we can forget who we are and the many freedoms and material possessions we have been blessed with by our Creator.

Remember when multitudes from around the world were clamering to come to America. Even to the point of risking their lives to get here.

I'm suggesting that it would be good for us to just STOP for a moment, take a deep breath, exhale slowly as we recall some of those memories.

Remember in the seventies when the introduction of the personal computer was thought to be a threat to the work force but turn out to expand the work force.

Unless we maintain an objective approach and demand truth in our communications, we leave ourselves vulnerable to today's negativity and deception.

I am most appreciative for and to IBOToolbox for this platform where one may share for the mutual good.

Thanks for Liking and Sharing
