KINDERGARTEN...more than a Foundation

ALL I NEED TO KNOW I LEARNED IN KINDERGARTEN

I discovered some old audio tapes I used to listen to many years ago when I read every book I could find on self-development and tapes by Jim Rohn, Les Brown, Brian Tracy and others were the more popular. (I guess I’m dating myself.)

Then I remembered a book I read by Robert Fulghum from which I title this PR.

The amazing thing is that as we read and view today’s videos we quickly realize that much of what is published today is not as new and revolutionary as one might think. Most astounding is the similarity between these so called new principles and strategies for success and the truths we find in the Bible.

For example: 'we are more likely to succeed with others when we genuinely give of ourselves and share with them something of real value to us and them.'

The Bible teaches that we gain our lives when we give our lives. (“lay down our lives for another…”) We seem to be drawn to those who give of themselves unselfishly. We call that Love. Love gives freely without reciprocal expectation.

That’s what God does for us. He gives us eternal life and we can’t pay Him for it. It is a free gift. Because of that gift, we give to others.

BRIAN TRACY ONCE SAID: "THE GREATEST GIFT WE CAN GIVE ANOTHER IS TO GIVE THE GIFT OF UNCONDITIONAL LOVE AND ACCEPTANCE". JIM ROHN SAID: "GIVING IS BETTER THAN RECEIVING BECAUSE GIVING STARTS THE PROCESS OF RECEIVING."

If this resonated with you, please Like and Share. Thanks and be Blessed.
