I HAVE WHAT YOU NEED BUT YOU DON'T WANT WHAT I HAVE

Strange but I felt that way after watching two elderly people walk into a local bank. The first was an old man whose steps were shallow and uncertain as he pushed his walker. The second was an older lady who bounced from side to side as she struggled to pull one foot in front of the other as she struggled to walk into the bank. I couldn't help but wonder how they would fare if they had to move quickly in the event of an emergency.

As I watched I could not help but think how some of the products I market would bring some relief to their daily struggle. But on the other hand, they might be reluctant to receive this kind of help from a stranger.

Isn't it somewhat strange...that we would refuse the very thing that we know we need simply because we do not know the person whose giving it? That is why I believe marketing that results from having a mutually beneficial relationship with our prospects is most successful.

Paralized in my thinking about the elderly and their diminished health, I lost the opportunity to open the door for them and possibly begin a relationship which might lead to the occasion where I could offer something which might benefit them.

Image result for elderly images   Reguardless of how we may be perceived, I believe the motivation to help others will find a way to produce good results in this industry. Love and Good always triumphs.
