 | | As always Great Post Terri. I believe that people get this GET RICH QUICK syndrome from those so called GURUS with their flashy cars and big houses. But most of it boils down to GREED. Hard work like you say pays off in the end. Treat this business like you would any offline business, put in the hours, work for it and eventually it will work for you, but it all takes time - like bringing up a child. |

| | My point in this post is, that your compensation plan must be win win for everyone. There are too many companies that are using the word "spillover" just to get people to join, they are targeting lazy people that won't do anything. Also they want to build a list and most often that is their intent in the first place. |

 | | Great post Terri. My company also has spillover as a part of it's pay plan and yes it can be a great boost but for real long term success you have to work at it just like anything else. If you are in it for spillover you have to be very patient and hope that someone in your upline is working real hard. Pick your business carefully, be committed and take daily action to create your own results! If people aren't prepared to work it, then the home business industry may not be for them... |

 | | Any business you decide to join requires work no matter what the compensation plan consists of . People try to study compensation plans and don't really understand themselves. The only one's who really understand them is the creators. But in the end all opportunities will work but it's up to you! |
