It's a fact that you need training in anything that's new to you. It applies to you if you're trying to start a home business. You cannot expect to get the desired results if you haven't a clue as to what you should be doing. That's why any company that has integrity and good management they will do this because they should want your success, after all if you are not successful they they are out of business too. That's just good business practice, and if you join a company and they don't have this in place then your success will be short lived.
