Weekly Writing Prompt 9-27-2017

RecognizeandAcknowledgeYourStrengthsHello to everyone and here I am finally catching up with things after Hurricane Irma hit Florida on 9/10/2017.  They’re saying it was the biggest recorded Atlantic hurricane to hit land. Described as a “catastrophic Cape Verde type hurricane” which is an Atlantic hurricane that originates at low-latitude in the deep tropics from a tropical wave that has passed over or near the Cape Verde islands after exiting the coast of West Africa – Per Wikipedia Hurricane Irma

I had quite a few plans for working on my book during the Hurricane but I just never seemed to get around to it. As it turned out, Hurricanes are not “writing kind of weather.”

It’s been a whirlwind series of events for my family and I do thank God we are all safe and together again.

So, are you ready to get back to the Weekly Writing Prompts?  I sure am looking forward to them again. Even though sometimes I didn’t write anything but thoughts were forming of stories in the future.

WRITING PROMPTS:

(Writing Prompts are provided by:  Writing.com ) (Aff.)

(1) A man at a florist overhears an order being sent to his wife at her job.
(2) You see your lost dog on a leash, leading a blind person…
(3) Take 10 minutes to write a stream of thoughts. Try to write constantly during the 10 minute period and do not edit as you write.
