Know Who You're Friending On Facebook

So you want lots of friends on Facebook so you can get the people looking at what you have to offer. But what you could really get is your bank account emptied or your Facebook account hacked and even worse your friends accounts too.

Know who you are friending on Facebook whether you are doing the requesting or someone is requesting you. You can do some research before accepting or requesting friends.

First of all, I would say if your business is not offering services to other countries than unless you personally know someone you should not accept or request friends from other countries. It will only save you time from later having to clean up your Facebook friends list when you reach the limit of friends allowed by Facebook.

If of course, you need to reach other countries just make sure who it is that you are connecting with. Look at their profile first. Where are they from? Where do they work? If they work on an oil rig or they are on a boat in the middle of the ocean then they need to take a hike. Why would anyone mining a diamond mine want to be your friend on Facebook? Then there are the Sergeants in the Army that are out on duty where ever they decide they are. Don't fall for it. Why would they need to talk to you? Not that there is anything wrong with you but I am sure people in the Army or whatever forces they say they are in does not need to talk to us they have a very big circle to reach out to.

Then there are the lonely catfishers that will ask to be friends and then send you not so desirable pics. If you do your research you will see these people have nothing worthwhile on their profiles. But they may have some motivational or funny quotes to lure us all in. If they are not friends with any of your friends' chances are they are up to no good. Say you see a person that asks to be friends and then they have 1 mutual friend and it's not a marketing friend then most likely they are either catfishers or hackers.

 Facebook

Try hard to be aware of who you are connecting with. Before you know it you will be a pro at spotting a scammer or a catfisher or a hacker. They can already be on your friends' list. I know through experience and I have had a few friends go through the same thing. These people will settle into your lives. They will be your friends for years. They will hide among your friends and like all your content hold conversations with you on messenger. Then one day the ultimate scam will appear and I hope you don't fall for it.

One day I got a text message on my cell phone and I didn't know who it was so I asked who it was and then they pretended they knew me and sent a pic of themselves it was a girl but I am sure it wasn't her. I immediately ended the conversation and then I got a friend request on Facebook and the profile pic was the same as the picture sent to my text. So that was some scary stuff.

Another thing you can do to protect your profile is to change your password often. I change my password so much that it is a little hard for people to get my password. I change it often only because I am not good at remembering them. If I gave you my password now it would be changed before you logged in.

If you see the person requesting you has a lot of mutual friends and their profile says they are earning or trying to earn an online income then chances are they are safe. But we can never really be too safe. We also run the risk of falling into a GURU trap. Or just joining every person that friends you in their business because a lot of us have the shiny object syndrome and we all want to believe that someone will help us be successful.

I have many tools to help you on your journey online. I don't know if you are struggling or not. We all out here look like we are kicking it online when in fact we are just dreaming every day that we will hit it rich. It doesn't happen overnight and all the marketers out there make it look so easy like they put out their first ad and made a million dollars in 30 days. Can't happen unless you never sleep and of course you have hundreds of thousands of people on your list or pay someone thousands a day to advertise to targeted buyers. But it is possible to make good money online and we all have to start somewhere.

What if you could be like all those other marketers going on vacation and quitting their jobs. What if you could by that dream house or the nice car for the family. What if you could have just a couple hundred dollars more a month what would that do for you and your family. It may not seem like a lot but let me show you something.

My husband and I run a business at home and the work is different all the time. Some weeks we make out great and other weeks we are broke. My son had to go off of Social Security because of our business and we lost his 7 hundred a month and then we had to leave a company we did work for because they were a little difficult to work with and we lost some staff due to a sickness. So I realized that although we didn't do that much business with that company we were at least bringing in 2 to 3 hundred a week from them after supplies and workers pay. So if you add that up that is from 800 to 1200 a month we lost from that and that is a big difference when it comes to paying bills or even saving money. So you see how that 2 hundred extra a week could really help a family or help you start a family.

Would it be ok if you downloaded my free e-book that has saved so many others years of frustration when working their online or offline business?

You will so happy you did.
