Laughter Is The Best Medicine For Stress. Laugh At Yourself Often.

They say that the best medicine for stress is laughter, so laugh at yourself often. Everyone has stress and lots of people take prescriptions for their stress. But what we should really try and do is laugh at ourselves. We all do stupid things and make mistakes that are usually the cause of a great deal of the stress we feel daily. Some people meditate to relieve stress daily. This is a good form of stress relief but I think we should just laugh at our own mistakes. We cause so much of our own stress that if we just stepped back and looked at what we did we could just laugh at what we have done and just easily fix the problem.. I always watch funny shows and barely watch dramas or anything sad. I am usually a very happy person but for real it's just manic. I can be so happy and on such a high that I will crash hard on the stupidest little mistake. I take it so hard that I feel like my whole world is over. I know it's not real but it's just a feeling that is really hard to shake. I usually try to watch funny things to recover. But a lot of times I don't find anything funny. Especially when I have a very stressful problem. I like to watch AFV Americas Funniest Home Videos. Thats a place where you see lots of people making stupid mistakes causing them physical pain. Why do we laugh at that? Because it's funny. They put there mistakes out there to be laughed at so why shouldn't we laugh at ourselves when we are stupid. I also enjoy making others laugh. I often let them laugh at my mistakes. It kind of makes me feel better. I also like to hear when others have made the same mistakes. It makes for a fun conversation with someone when you spend time just laughing at ourselves. Live and Learn. How about Laugh and Learn. It sounds like much more fun. Now if I could just take my own advice and laugh at myself more often.
