Do You Get Burned Out?

Do you get burned out? I am not talking about going to a party all night long and waking up the next day wondering what the heck happened the night before.

I am talking about the way you feel when you don't get the right amount of sleep. Even if you do get the right amount of sleep sometimes it's not sound and you will get the same results as someone that only sleeps a few hours a night.

It happens to me a few times more than I like it too. I just keep on going and going like the energizer bunny until one day my battery runs out.

That is when my body says you have had enough my friend and you are falling on your face by 9pm. Then you go to your bed thinking that if you get a good night sleep you'll be fine. But then you wake at 3pm the next day feeling like you were just out drinking all night. The sun is blinding and your head is spinning and you just say well I am staying right here. Then you go back to sleep and wake the next day still feeling like you need a bit more sleep.

If you do make it out of bed at anytime you will not be able to keep your eyes open and the sun is something you want to shoot. You will drag all day long making tons and tons of stupid mistakes. It's not good to drive at a time like that but all of us do sometime or other.

Did you know you lose your immune system if you just keep on pushing your body to the limit and if there is even the slightest little germ in the room. Be assured you are the one that it's going to get. I myself have always gotten sick right after I go through a few weeks with little sleep.

I have a son that won't sleep and little cat naps will get him going for another couple days. It is a gamble if I go to sleep when he is up. Because when I do sleep I will pay for it when I wake up. I used to have to worry about him leaving the house but where we live now has doors that talk to us when they open so we always know which door is opening. Now we have an electric oven which is better than a gas one that he has turned on several times in the middle of the night. He has a fascination with taking out the light bulbs and smashing them on the floor. He takes the broom and gets things down he is not supposed to have. He empties the soda bottles down the sink. He bangs on the walls and wakes the whole house. So as you can see I don't sleep much.

But this is not the only time it has happened to me. When I was younger it happened a lot working two jobs and still wanting to have a social life. Now whats a little different is I stay up all night to be a security guard for my kid. Now I have my network marketing and all my IBO friends that I hang out with at night to keep me awake.

I now take Activate Immune Capsules two times a day. They cost me 10.99 for 60 capsules. So I can go through a bottle in a month depending on the amount of sleep that I get. I rarely get sick anymore and have even seen Activate help other health problems. I used to take OxyElite Pro for energy on days I don't feel I can make it through the day but now I am trying to listen to what my body is telling me and that is you should get to sleep when you are tired. Like I said some days I just can't help it. One of those days was yesterday.

I was falling asleep at 9pm on Saturday night and didn't wake up till 7am Monday morning. Thank God for my family watching out for my son while I caught up on some very much needed sleep that my body gave me no choice. I know I would love to be awake and constantly be on my computer anytime I could.

I sometimes wonder if it is worth it to stay awake to get more done when sometimes you spend almost two days sleeping because of it. But like I said I most of the time have no choice of when I get to sleep and when I do get to sleep it is only for a half hour at a time most days. So even if I were to sleep 8 hours with broken sleep like that I hardly make it through the next day.

It is important to sleep for it recharges every part of your body and if you are sleeping under 8 hours a night or tend to get broken sleep a lot. Then you will be burned out. Then you will see your battery run out.
