SFI Team Leader Reveals Secret of Rapid Group Growth

Over the past two months I've shared a lot of information about Strong Future International (SFI) and some of the methods I've been using to build my team. Today, I want to share more of the nuts and bolts and what I believe has made a difference in creating activity and duplication within the group.

 

First, let's take a look at the numbers over the past couple of months. This first snapshot was taken on April 22, 2017. 

As you can see, I had 116 affiliates on my first level, 22 on my second level, and 1 on my third level, with a total of 108 co-sponsored affiliates. The next snapshot was taken on May 10th, 2017.

In just under three weeks, the total group grew by 77 new affiliates! This equates to 31% growth overall. But this was only the beginning. Using the system I put in place and promoting that same system to my group, we continued to experience pheomenal growth. The next snapshot was just taken today, June 5th, 2017.

Again overall numbers grew, from 324 to 507, or 56%. You'll notice that on the second level, sponsorship has really begun to take off. I don't think it will be long until we see that carry over into the third and fourth levels.

So, what's the secret sauce? I've already shared it with you, but over many press releases. I'll review here in one place so you can see, from start to finish, how it works.

 

1. Sponsoring - through our group advertising co-op, which has produced quite a few of these affiliates.

2. Participation in the Opti-build program. To be fair, Opti-build was responsible for roughly 60% of my personal new affiliates this past month.

3. Using Facebook and Twitter (as well as personal websites / blogs) to promote TripleClicks products, as well as encouraging personal buying for personal use.

4. Communication. I don't think I can say this one enough. SFI has a wide array of tools with which we can communicate with our team: ice breakers, team mail, group mail, e-cards, instant messaging, forums, etc.. However, I *still* take the time and attempt to contact every new person on Facebook (I chose FB because it is the most popular social platform in the world.). If I can get in contact with them, I invite them into the SFI training group I've started there.

In addition, I do semi-daily emails to all of my "movers" - these are people who have been active in the last seven days and have earned some VersaPoints during the current month. I also do a weekly newsletter that goes out to the entire team - all 507 of them! Is this overkill? You tell me. I think the numbers speak for themselves.
