I just read a news article that was describing the events of a plane incident just last night.
The Minnesota Vikings flew in yesterday to face the Green Bay Packers in a contest that's about to take place today.
Heavy snowfall provided a less than desirable landing at the airport when they landed... The plane ended up skidding across the runway and into a field!
I can't imagine, of all the times that I have flown in the past... Thank God I've never had to experience something like that.
The entire Minnesota Vikings team had to exit the plane via a firefighter truck rescue bucket. I guess the team can now cross that off of their bucket list. Pun intened.
I'm a die hard Green Bay fan. I believe that the Vikings will win today, even though that's not what I want.
Why do I believe that?
I think that when people go through a dramatic situation like they have will help solidify the relationships that they have with each other.
Those circumstances have made that TEAM reaize what's important in life. I believe they will use that passion and energy out on the field today and beat my team...
Here's my point. We've all been through some truamatic moments in our lives. If we remember what's important, we can use it to fuel our business.
And remember that everyone has had similar experiences, that can help bring our TEAM together. Nothing great in life was ever build by just one person.
I'm off to go get the Green Bay Packers in a plane that will kind of crash so they can win today... wish me luck! :)
