How to Get Rid of Bloated Stomach

Bloating is a common issue many face during the holiday festivities. This blog post gives real effective advice that I personally have applied myself and seen results with my clients and friends.

Now if you need to get fast relief, here is How to Get Rid of Bloated Stomach in 24 hours

A) Night before sip hot water and lime or ginger before bed (sip from the glass not straw as the straw will introduce more air)

B) First thing in the morning, drink warm water with lime and then get moving - ideally do a HITT exercise or any kind of exercise for 15-30 mins.

C) Have a protein rich liquid breakfast easy to digest, try to find something with digestive enyzmes. See our favourite liquid protien meal replacement here which includes the much needed digestive enyzmes

D) Midmorning snack consider an 1.5 to 2 hours later and consider something like yogurt, with probiotic and protein or a hand full of nuts"
