St Patrick's day has arrived again!
I have many happy memories of this day from my childhood years.
My mom and her friends always organised an Irish Ceilidh in the church hall.
We had such fun decorating the hall in green
and then dancing jigs the entire night.
When I was a little older and in university, we had a rather different way of spending the evening!
We would all go along to the main hall and spend our time having "boat races" with green beer!
Once I was married, my husband and I would invite our friends round for an Irish evening where
we served Irish Stew and green beer. We also added a touch of India by serving an array of different curries.
