A: As long as you are 18 years of age. Yes.

Q: What processors do you use?

Q: Can I take multiple positions?
A: Yes. You can sign up for multiple positions under yourself, just please remember that you must be able to bring in 3 others under each position that you take. You will only be hurting yourself and your upline by purchasing more positions then you can fill. So please keep this in mind while purchasing. You will need to use a different email address for each account.
Q: Do I have to refer anyone to earn?
A: YES Although there could be spillover as the compensation plan is only 3 wide, you SHOULD NOT depend on your upline to do all the work for you.
Unlike other programs, we DO NOT try to hide the fact that to make the commission plan work as described. The system is called: Get THREE... let it ride... - EVERYONE coming into the program must bring in three others! This is listed on the front page of the site, it is here on the FAQ page, on the details page, and posted to the main members page. Please do not make the error of thinking this is a fully passive earning program. You are told in advance before signing up that you must get 3 others in on your level 1. (Either by you, or through spillover) Once you have your three, help those three get three if possible! If everyone can get three, and then ensure that their level 1 gets three, the program will work as designed.
Q: What happens if I refer more than 3 members?
A: Forced matrix means that you can only have 3 members on your level one. If you bring in more than 3, they will spill over, under one of the members below you. As members above you are promoting, any members they bring in and there is no more room on a level, they also spill down which could help you fill your downline! Members fill in from top to bottom, left to right in order as they spill down.
Q: Is there a direct sponsoring bonus paid?
A: No, however by bringing in more than three you are helping your downline with spill over. EVERY SINGLE PERSON that your refer to the program will eventually be making a $15 payment to you, so bring in as many as you possibly can!
Q: Can I use earned funds to purchase my upgrade?
A: This is how the entire program works! Your first payment on all levels is used to automatically upgrade your membership to the next level. You continue to earn from all levels until they are full.
EXAMPLE: You are on the TOPAZ level. Someone just paid you to upgrade to that level. This is your first payment at this level. This first payment is used to raise your membership to the CITRINE level. You still have 8 more payments you can collect from the TOPAZ level.
Q: Do I have to fill a level all the way to cycle and upgrade?
A: No, your first payment into any level upgrades your account! You can possibly be automatically upgraded all the way to the DIAMOND level, yet still collecting from all past levels behind you.

Q: What do I get for my payment?

Q: Can I just pay to go to the highest level membership?
A: ALL members coming in must start on the first level membership and work their way up through to the highest level. No levels can be by-passed or skipped over.
Q: The program is not working for me! Can I get a refund?
A: As stated in our program terms "You understand that your initial purchase into the 10LevelRiches program is made for your Cubic Zirconia Level download. This download is available to you immediately, therefore, NO REFUNDS CAN OR WILL BE GIVEN for this electronically delivered product. If you have problems with your download, please contact the admin of the program so that other arrangements can be made for you to get the download that you purchased.
Q: How exactly do I cancel my membership?
A: To cancel your membership, simply email admin@10levelriches.com and provide your user info, and ask that your membership be removed.
