Feel Your Way

The emotion you feel is a good indicator of how you're doing in life.  Are you happy most of the time?  If not, the good news is that you can be.  Happiness is a choice.  This positive emotion flows from a pleasant thought.  Perhaps you can look back at something you have accomplished in life.  You think about that positive outcome and you feel good.  But for most of us, real life often gets in the way of feeling good.  But did you know that   feeling good is the key to creating the life that you desire?

 

                    The Millionaire Mindset

 

Positive emotion is one of the keys to the law of attraction.  When you feel sad, frustrated, disappointed, are confounded by a feeling of lack, you are setting up blocks to the abundant life you could otherwise be creating.  But how can I feel good, you ask, when I really hate my boss or if I'm so far in debt that I don't think I'll ever get out?  The very simple answer is that it is possible to reach for a better feeling thought.

It is true that life can be trying.  However, it is still possible to reach for better feeling thoughts.  One way is, as mentioned above, to shift your attention away from your problems and remember things from your past that felt good.  Another way is to feel gratitude for the things that you have.  If you have reasonably good health, if you can see, hear, smell, taste and touch, if you have people in your life who you love and who love you, then you can say that you are truly blessed.   

 

                                                                 Live Your Dreams

 

Another way to feel good is one which many, probably most, people never think about.  Do you have a dream?  Perhaps you think about that dream home or that dream job.  Maybe you think about being debt free one day.  Most of have dreams that revolve around what we'd like to be, do or have.  Why not make those things the focus of your attention?  Imagine yourself having that car you have always wanted.  Think about how it would feel if you had it.  Imagine yourself in that driver's seat.  Smell the leather.  See the woodgrain dash.  How do these imaginings make you feel?  My guess is that you feel pretty good when you imagine yourself being, doing and having the things that you desire.  Why not focus your attention on those things.  The more you practice this technique, the better you will be at it.  And the better you will feel.  Try sustaining this better feeling for longer and longer periods.  That better feeling will take you to the things that you want and you will be on the path to the life of your dreams.
