Has Conventional Medicine Let You Down?

There is so much controversy surrounding such heavy reliance by the medical profession on opiod's in the purported management of pain.  There is, indeed, an opiod epidemic in North America that, in the view of many observers, is causing untold destruction.  Drugs like oxycontin are highly addictive.  As with any drug, the body builds a tolerance to the continued use of the drug, causing the user to crave increasing levels of the drug.  This often leads to purchase of drugs on the street as the user is drawn in to the addictive pattern.  Yet physicians continue to prescribe and, in many cases, overprescribe.  These drugs can also fall into the wrong hands, including children where the use of the drug can have devastating effects.

There are other examples of the reliance, and perhaps over-reliance, on prescription of drugs to combat common ailments.  One only needs to look to the emerging controversy surrounding the utility (or lack thereof) of the flu vaccine.  The preponderance of childhood vaccines has been linked to the dramatic rise in autism in children.

As a consequence, people are looking for alternatives.  In our own household, my wife suffers from IBS or irritable bowel syndrome.  She has recently tried cannabidiol and the results have been dramatic!  Cannabidiol, or CBD, is derived from the hemp plant and, unlike THC, it is not psychoactive so it does not make people 'high'.  Inside the human body, there is something called the endocannabiniod system, which is a network of receptors spread throughout the brain and body.  When these receptors are activated, they enable a two-way communication between the body's systems, something previously thought to be impossible.

People are beginning to discover the numerous health benefits of cannabidiol and are turning to it to address a host of common ailments.  The market for cannabidiol, or CBD, is projected to be in excess of 7.1 billion dollars annually.

Has conventional medicine let you down?  If so, perhaps it might be time to consider an alternative.  You may find that CBD can assist when other, conventional, approaches to your ailment have failed.

It is now possible for you to profit as well just by sharing this new, breakthrough information with others.  Learn more about the broad array of health benefits associated with CBD just by clicking on the link below.
