8 Proven Ways To Increase Total Likes of A New Facebook Fan Page

Published on 9/8/2017
For additional information  Click Here

What I mean here is, the total likes of your Facebook fan page, and not for each post.

Some of you may be wondering what is the importance of this, and why would you try pull it up?

The reason is, admit it or not, there's a psychological effect on the viewer if a page has lots of likes or just few likes and ugly.

Unless, you are so popular online and offline and you just announced, "Hey fans, I'm starting out a new Facebook fan page, here's the link, please like!"

But if you are just a nobody in this wide wild world, then you have to do some extraordinary to get yourself up.

First impressions matter...

...and at the first sight of the prospect he or she sees your page as having hundreds or thousands of likes, you're one step ahead of the process.

So, what are the proven ways to increase likes of a new Facebook fan page?

1. First in the list is, pay Facebook to ask people to like your new fan page.

If you have a fan page or business, you may already be familiar of this feature. There's a button in your admin panel wherein you can pay for advertising.

This is the most ideal way to increase the total likes of your new fan page or business page.

2. Boost your posts with Facebook ads, hoping likers will also like your page.

Those liking your post, chances are they will check your fan page (after liking post), and will like the page too.

But just like #1, this will cost you money.

3. Buy Facebook likes from people selling such kind of service.

I know this is not ideal, as oftentimes you will encounter scammers, but I know of some people who are taking this route.

They said, they're doing it just to jumpstart the acquisition of likes...

...and once substantial likes are garnered making you look like an "authority figure", then stop buying likes.

If you take this route, good luck, and take caution.

4. Add Facebook like widget to your blog.

This is one healthy way of getting likes for your Facebook fan page. You add a like widget on the side bar of your blog, and those following your posts may like your page as well.

This is good since this is free method, although the blogging side isn't free.

5. Create a lead capturing campaign, and then divert your leads to your Facebook fan page.

This what I do with this lead capture page: http://coach-gom.com

6. Ask your friends, online and offline, to like your new fan page.

You can either do it manually sending messages to your friends begging for likes, or use the invite button in your fan page admin panel.

7. Include your Facebook fan page URL in your advertising, online and offline.

This means, running an ad campaign for an offer and getting fan page likes on the sides.

Include your FB URL in the ads you post in magazines, newspapers, or if you can afford, billboards!

(Or, in a business card)

8. Use a Like Exchange Website

One of my favorite site for this is like4like.org, wherein you can surf for like credits. The credits will be used to have your fan page displayed to others, so they can like it too.

Okay, what's the point of these?

In managing Facebook fan pages, yo will notice that "the first like is the hardest to get".

But once you get the initial likes, I have observed that others are encouged to give their likes too.

It's like "no one wants to like a post or page with no likes". That's it.

And, "everybody wants to like a page or post with lots of like already".

Again, there's an excemption...

If what you are bringing out to the marketplaace has a lot of value, overwhelming value that your audience can't resist liking it, you don't have to beg for likes.

But that's only an exemption.

If you find yourself struggling to get likes, then you may consider following the tips that I gave above.

Got reactions?

Or, did I forgot something to include here?

Give them in the comment section below..
