Attention MLM Entrepreneurs: Beware of this Different Type of Dream-stealers!

"Spend less time with the negative brother in law".

I remember that line from an MLM trainer.

In MLM trainings, new distributors are encouraged to hang out only with the successful people and avoid those who are negative about the business.

The purpose is, preventing those who don't have enough knowledge of the business say negative things that will discourage the new members from learning in the first place.

It's okay for a loved one to caution us from doing something they think is risky. Well, that's what they think about our business---risky.

But here's the question, why would you listen to someone who's less knowledgeable than you in the vocation you're entering?

Let's say for example, you decided to start a business selling ice cream in a stand. A relative of yours might say, "Oh, don't pursue that. It's not profitable."

Does he own a successful ice cream stand himself?

Then, why would you listen to him?

Will you abandon your dream of becoming a successful ice cream entrepreneur just because someone is discouraging you?

In MLM, we call that relative a "dream stealer".

We are cautioned not to listen to dream stealers, or else, we would be discouraged and stop.

Listen to successful people who will impart you knowledge and techniques on how to make it big in the industry.

Now, going back to the title used here, "Different type of Dream-stealers".

"New breed of dream stealers", should I say...

Who are those I am referring to?

Gurus online.

Bloggers online writing scam reviews.

Owners of Internet affiliate marketing companies online.

For they call everything that resembles MLM a "scam".

Do you know what I've found out with all these years of learning and doing online business?

It's dog eat dog out there, and marketers of both industries, affiliate marketing and network marketing are in constant battle with each other everyday.

Someone wants to hold people to him, so he accuses the other "scam".

"Stay here with me. Don't go in there, for everything on the other side of the room is SCAM."

Sounds funny, right?

What do they think about those satisfied customers speaking upstage sharing their testimonies, how their lives were changed all because of...

"Those who get good results in turn recommend the products to others, and so on... producing massive results down the line."

Is that something bad?

Oh, they say it's bad or scam because, of envy, perhaps.

So, they argued theirs is "good", and the other one, "bad".

Truth is, nobody has a monopoly of knowledge, and if you hear something from him, it's just his opinion and not absolute truth.

Even with religions!

There are tools for manipulation.

So, don't be manipulated.

You may take their advice for guidance, but still, make decisions out of your instinct.

You will have no regrets with your life if you do just that.

Keep working for your dreams no matter what. Because, at the end of the going, it is by your results that you will be judged by the masses.

Who knows, those they accused of being "rule breakers" today, will be the new "rule makers" of tomorrow...

Take care! :)
