Best Incredible Dog Stories

Happy Sunday, everyone.  This post is for those of you that love dogs.  Perhaps it is their faithfulness that makes dog so dear to their owners.  If your dog is 'part of the family' and I hope that is the case, then I believe you will want to read on.  Enjoy!

Fido the faithful!  (true story)

During World War II, the town of Borgo San Lorenzo, Italy was hit by an air attack on December 30, 1943.  That evening, Fido, went to the bus station, as usual, to meet his master returning from work.

Fido's master never showed, and Fido finally returned home.  What makes Fido's story so special is that Fido the faithful continued to go to the bus station to meet his master for the NEXT 14.5 YEARS!

On June 9, 1958, Fido passed away...where? the bus station waiting for his master!

Booby the dog

Bobbie the lost dog!

In 1923, Bobbie was separated from his family.  Every effort was made to find Bobbie, but to no avail.  Bobbie was lost in Indiana, where his family was on vacation.    After an extensive search, Bobbie's sad and disappointed family returned to Oregon.

It took six months and Bobbie showed up at home!  Bobbie was scrawny, scraggly, and skin and bone when he arrived home.  Bobbie's trek from Indiana to Oregon meant crossing plains and deserts and scaling mountains.

Bobbie traveled 2550 miles in those six months, averaging about 17 miles per day!

Conclusion:  Apply the above and the world is YOURS!

Thank you for reading, my friends, I wish you much perseverance and faith.
