5 Team Secrets! (Part Two)

Team Secret # Five!

Get new team members INVOLVED IMMEDIATELY!

Getting people to join is not a problem, at least, not for me, and getting them to stay is not a problem (95%+ retention), but getting them to work can be an obstacle.

After expending the effort to acquire a new team member, it only makes sense that we get them started IMMEDIATELY!  

My first hard learned lesson in Network Marketing was that we need to.... focus on the ones that are willing to work.  Of course, I wanted and still want  everyone to succeed.  You and I will soon discover which ones don't work or won't work, especially with the following approach.  

I jump right into making money with my new people, IMMEDIATELY.  I feel that immediacy helps maximize the odds for getting people to work and to stay and to grow their business.   What I do, one time, this first time, is that I do pretty much every thing for my new enrollee with him or her looking over my shoulder.

Step 1- we prospect.

I have developed my own free drag and drop lead system that takes about 20 minutes to do, but allow about an hour to teach and gather 100 leads with your new person.

Step 2 - we set appointments.

I and my new team member then schedule two hours for appointment setting...calling the leads that we have just gathered in my enrollee's home town and setting up a time (appointment) for a video presentation of what my enrollee and I are doing (our business and our products).

Step 3 - we make presentations.

This appointment setting generates at least 6 to 8 appointments (for presentations) which equals  3 or 4 sign ups and $100+ in income.  This new team member gets to see first hand that my business (and his/her business) works, he/she sees immediate income, and already has a stake (3-4 people) in the game.  

If they are NOT going to work, I will already know about it in the first 6 to 8 hours, which is about how long it should take for the above sign ups.  If the new team member is willing to work, we have a lot to look forward to.

If you can see RIGHT AWAY that your new business is an opportunity that can change your life, you have the 'believe' part of the equation satisfied.  Once you 'believe', it is much easier for you to 'achieve'.  The same goes for our enrollees.  

I call IMMEDIATE INVOLVEMENT  immersion....immerse your newbie as soon as possible.  You will find out quickly if they are willing to swim!   For those that do swim, apply secret 1-4 and watch your team become a family.

This information may not what you are used to hearing, but I am not selling, I am talking business...about how you can  build YOUR business, and not just a team...a family, which equals the best team that you could ever ask for.
