The Most Important Thing I Learned In Evaluating A MLM Company!

Back in the mid 90`s I was introduced to a company in the Health/Wellness Industry utilizing the MLM model to take it`s flagship product and introduce it to the marketplace. This was new to me.

I was sold on the product once I started experiencing the benefits! The product was designed to keep your immune system balanced daily allowing it to do the job it was intended to do guard our bodies!

I knew this was something that would make a huge difference in people`s lives. I`am no longer affiliated with this company and this article is not intended to promote this company or it`s products.

It was during the conference call that I truly learned and understood what an inexperienced networker should look for when being introduced to any MLM company. This proved to be valuable to me!

We all have been taught those important evaluation steps to make sure the company is a good fit. How long has the company been in business, Who are the company leaders running the company...

What is the Product/Service and what benefits will it provide to the masses and the last and most important question was the comp plan aka the money question! The company had a great comp plan at that time.

Statistics have shown that the average person in the industry can only recruit 1.2 people the last time I checked and most of today`s MLM companies require a minimum of 2 people.

This was the money question we were taught to ask anyone that was introducing their affiliated MLM company us. As I stated earlier this company at the time had a comp plan based on this question!

If I were to sponsor just one person and one person only what percentage of income would I make from that person even if I never sponsor another person? Everytime I asked that question the answer was 0!

This company`s comp plan would pay you a percentage even if you were to never sponsor another person and the reasoning behind this as explained to everyone that phoned in on these conference calls.

We were told by the company leaders that if the person you sponsored went on to make a lot of money you should be compensated too because if it wasn`t for you sharing the opportunity they wouldn`t have become successful at that time!

Can you earn income in the MLM industry? Absolutely as long as you put the time and effort towards your business. There are a lot of people missing out on potential income because of the get 2 to start your business model.

Being a science nerd I was fortunate to work closely with Dr Helen Greenblatt who holds a dual Doctorate in Microbiology and Immunealogy. You can read more about her hereDr Hellen Greenblatt
